After a long week of great curling, Northwest Territories earned the gold medal and Hydrant Trophy with a tightly contested, nail-biting 11th end 6-5 victory over Manitoba. Both teams played well, with some fantastic shot-making by both teams. Congratulations to Northwest Territories for an undefeated Championship!

MANITOBA WINS OVER SOUTHERN ONTARIO 8 TO 6 IN A HARD FOUGHT SEMI-FINAL. THE GOLDEN HAIRED BOYS FROM MANITOBA SKIPPED BY DENNIS NEAL OF WINNIPEG ARE RIDING A HOT STREAK INTO THE FINAL THIS AFTERNOON AGAINST THE UNDEFEATED NORTHWEST TERRITORIES SKIPPED BY STEVE MOSS FROM YELLOWKNIFE.
